Over the past 50 years, Bert R. Hybels, Inc. has focused on servicing the independent garden centers throughout the Midwest and South. Unlike many of our competitors who try to cater to both the box stores and the independents, we feel that our focus has made us stronger in plant offerings, quality, sales support, and product branding. It’s these strengths that allow us to make our customers successful.

Plant Selection & Quality

We offer more than 150 different perennials, 200 bedding plants, 50 different herbs, and 140 varieties of vegetables. With such a vast selection, your customers are sure to get a diverse selection of plants that they won’t find at the box stores. Our growers use only the highest quality seeds and cuttings to make sure your customers have success in their gardens. Our concern is your customer.

Sales Support

Over the years we’ve learned the importance of having a strong sales staff–not only in the sense of selling, but in forming a partnership with our customers. In a business where the window of opportunity is short, it is important to have the help and advice of a sales professional who is familiar with your marketplace and weather. Product Branding

It’s important to offer your customers items that differentiate you from the mass merchandisers.
